The Roosevelt is a beautifully unique complex with character that is hard to find in a nice apartment around Atlanta. The community is quiet and tucked away into a lovely neighborhood. The facilities are clean and the natural light in the spaces are stunning.

I've had a great time here at my apartment community. I've had my little issues within the apartment, but at soon as I put in a maintenance request it is fixed the very next day. Everyone that lives here is nice and friendly. No complaints about the community.
