Application and Leasing

Applying is quick and easy. Visit our Floor Plans page, choose the layout you like, check availability, and click Lease Now on your preferred unit. Follow the steps to complete your application, and our leasing team will be happy to help if you need anything.

To complete your application, you’ll need a valid photo ID and proof of income.

Applicants must earn at least three times the monthly rent.

We offer flexible lease terms ranging from six to fifteen months, giving you options that fit your plans.

Subleasing is not permitted at Roosevelt, as every resident must pass our application process.

Yes, renter’s insurance is required for all residents. 

When it is time to renew, our leasing team will send you a renewal offer. Once you accept, your new lease will be emailed to you for an easy and secure signature.

At this time, affordable housing options are not available at Roosevelt.

Move-In and Move-Out Support

Yes. There is a $100 application fee and a $375 administration fee. If you have questions about these fees, our team is happy to explain them in more detail.

We do not currently offer move-in assistance services, but you can always speak with our on-site team on moving day if anything should come up.

To help keep each apartment in great condition, painting and other modifications are not permitted.

If you need to end your lease early, an early termination fee applies and a 60-day notice is required. In this situation, the security deposit is forfeited. Our management team is happy to discuss your options if this ever comes up.

We require a 60-day written notice prior to your move-out date.

When it’s time to move out, simply remove all personal belongings and clean the apartment. You will then walk the home with a member of our office team to complete the move-out inspection and provide a forwarding address.

Security deposit refunds are typically processed within two weeks after your move-out is complete.

Fees and Payments

The security deposit starts at $400 and can be up to one month’s rent. It is due before move-in, and our leasing team will confirm the exact amount during your application process.

Utilities are not included in the monthly rent, giving residents the flexibility to manage usage based on their needs.

We are compatible with Xfinity and Google Fiber, but you are welcome to choose the internet provider that works best for you.

Rent payments can be made conveniently online through our resident portal or using the WIPS payment system.

Non-emergency requests are typically handled within 24 hours, while emergency maintenance issues are addressed the same day to ensure your comfort and safety.

Pets

Yes, Roosevelt is a pet-friendly community and we love welcoming furry residents.

There is a $350 pet deposit and a $20 monthly pet rent.

No, there are no breed or size restrictions, making it easy for a wide variety of pets to feel right at home.
