So far, so good. Rae is excellent in her service. She makes me feel at home. The breakfast and coffee they served the other day was great. Very responsive with issues.

It's been a week as a resident, but it feels like a sweet space to call home. I like the diversity of residency, the location as a hidden gem, but most appealing the historic building, grounds and the Grant Park neighborhood.

Love living here so far! Staff is very helpful and responsive. We had a AC issue and they came very soon after. Pool is nice and it’s kept clean!

I rather like the community. A lot of artist live here that’s swell. The only issue I have is it's hard to get maintenance to follow through with issues I might have as of late they are never on time, and they take forever to fix things if they fix them at all. Other than that people are quite friendly here. The place overall is absolutely gorgeous and the grounds are always nicely kept.

This apartment is a Great place to live. There is friendly staff and neighbors. I have enjoyed the pool area. It is conveniently located near downtown and the vibrant city of Atlanta.

Great staff! Everyone in the office is really nice and personable. The trash pick up could be more consistent with what time it gets picked up and a few things are already starting to tweak in my apartment and I need to file 2 maintenance request. Other than that everything is great!

Amazing place to live close to everything, new staff and long stone maintenance crew are amazing. I recommend The Roosevelt to all my friends.

Experience has been good thus far. Minor issues here and there but there’s no perfect place. Overall has been a good experience. The neighborhood is cool too.

Great so far . It is a nice property . Everything quiet. Gate keeps breaking though, but I think they are working on fixing it. Everything else is fine.

Everyone is nice Quiet community in a great area Great lighting ,poor storage and poor ventilation due to large single pain window. Could use several upgrades to have better amenities Switch office workers every month

The Roosevelt is a beautifully unique complex with character that is hard to find in a nice apartment around Atlanta. The community is quiet and tucked away into a lovely neighborhood. The facilities are clean and the natural light in the spaces are stunning.
